Eugenia R. Gardner
Director of Communications and Investor Services
Dr. Eugenia R.Gardner is currently the Director of Communications and Investor Services for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Previously, she worked as the director of marketing and research for Headquarters, Air Force Space Command for the U.S. Air Force. Dr. Gardner has also served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Tuskegee University. She has extensive experience in managing public affairs, marketing, communications and development affairs for public and private organizations. Previously, Dr. Gardner worked as a public affairs manager for Intel Corporation and the Intel Foundation and has served as the Director of Public Affairs for the city of Colorado Springs and the city of Cincinnati. Dr. Gardner has published numerous scholarly articles and recently released a first documentary in collaboration with the Women in Military Service Foundation. Dr. Gardner is married to Lt Colonel Elvert L. Gardner (USAF)
