Positions Available: 

Program Director, Student Enrichment and Alumni Relations

The Foundation seeks a seasoned program manager to develop, implement and manage the Student Enrichment and Alumni Relations program designed to support our students and develop an effective alumni network. 

The Student Enrichment program will expose students to career enhancing situations through leadership and network opportunities, professional internships, relationships with mentors, and volunteer and research opportunities. The director will be responsible for developing and managing a budget, establishing criteria for student selection and assignment, creating policies and procedures, and establishing a method to evaluate program success.

In addition, the director will develop and implement a comprehensive Alumni Relations program designed to increase engagement and support from current and future alumni. The goal is to identify, locate and track former scholarship recipients, identify mentors and internship possibilities, and generally encourage active support of the Foundation (e.g. donate, volunteer, offering internships).   

This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Scholarship Programs.

Special Projects Associate

The Foundation has the opportunity to hire Project Associate who would focus on developing communications with the Marine community to promote, educate and provide information on our scholarship programs. Reporting directly to the Director of Scholarship Programs, this individual would play a critical role in identifying the next generation of scholarship recipients.

Director, Communications and Investor Relations

The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation is seeking a high-energy, creative, entrepreneurial communications professional to develop and lead the marketing and communication strategy plan and operations during a phase of demanding continued revenue and program growth. This seasoned and collaborative Director will lead, plan, and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote and support the Scholarship Foundation to its primary customer (investors/donors) utilizing numerous platforms (events, print and electronic publications, social medial, broadcast, etc) in order to reach various constituents (type and level of investor) and demographics (age, income, geographic). The Director will work closely with senior leaders, board members, and more than 30 Event Chairmen to ensure successful PR/advertising/public relations campaigns in support of phase II of the American Patriots campaign. S/he will also oversee the stewardship plan closely with the high-level donors and supporters of the Scholarship Foundation in order to build brand awareness, engagement, and attachment with all donors – particularly the most major customers.
